Report a Bug

If something isn't working right, please email us with:

• What happened (and what you expected to happen)
• Steps to reproduce the issue
• Your device and OS version (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 18)
• A screenshot if possible

Feature Requests

Have an idea for the game? We love hearing from players. Tell us what you'd like to see — new systems, quality-of-life improvements, balance changes, or anything else. Email us with "Feature Request" in the subject line.

Purchases & Restore

If an in-app purchase didn't apply correctly:

• Go to Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases
• Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase
• Restart the app and try again

If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID (the email, not the password) and which item you purchased. We'll help sort it out.

Save Data

All save data is stored locally on your device. To back up or transfer your save:

• Go to Settings in the game
• Tap Copy Save to Clipboard
• Paste it somewhere safe (Notes, email, etc.)
• On a new device, use Import Save from Clipboard
